A coach of Saturn youth team Alexey Nosnikov has answered press-service's questions.
 You became a certificated football coach while your team had last trainings in Turkey, didn't you?Yes. But all this time I'd constantly been in contact with my mate Vladimir Skokov. Of course, I lacked the visual control which helps to find some shortcomings and realize what have to be improved. After third position of last year this season for your team is like a test. Do you agree?Yes. For young players every game is a test. But the discipline in which they take the exam is football. They must continually progress and strive to win in every game at the same time. People who want more than to be a player of the youth team have to correspond to certain level. The youth team gets renewed. Is it difficult to create new team every two years?Yes. I think that such renovation have not to be more frequently than biyearly. We must give the players a possibility for growth in their skills.
